Township of Scugog has launched a new phase of this self-service portal so residents can request a service or report an issue to the Township and or Region. You can use this portal to submit and track requests for many Township services such as roads, parks, Township inquiries, Mayor and Council, special events as well as Regional services such as waste and recycling, water and sewer, and traffic inquiries. Additional popular service trusted links from building permits through Cloudpermit, Bylaw complaints through Cloudpermit, paying taxes, recreation programs, facility rentals, burn permits and more can be easily found here as well. The self-service portal is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Service requests submitted on this portal are automatically sent to a customer service representative for action. Please note these are for non emergencies.
