The Region of Durham treats and distributes safe drinking water across our region and ensures safe drinking water for our residents using a sophisticated system to process the water, daily testing, monitoring of our municipal water plants, and routine inspections by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks.

If you would like to report an issue with your water, please complete this form and Water Resource Monitoring and Protection team from our Works Department will follow up with you about your concerns.
