Durham Region Transit uses feedback from customers, operators, field observations, data analysis, as well as other transit agencies to enhance our service.
Annual service plans are approved by the Durham Region Transit Commission and Council and are posted here: Durham Region Transit - About DRT.
Service enhancement requests can include Schedules, New Service Requests, Bus Stop/Shelters Requests, Garbage Receptacles, Website Feedback, and Communications.
