A compliment is an expression of satisfaction for a Township of Scugog service, program, facility, or staff member.

What is a complaint?

A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction related to a Township of Scugog program, service facility, staff member. It is based on the citizen’s belief that the Township has not provided a satisfactory service experience at the point of service delivery and a response or resolution is expected. 

Filing a Complaint

In order to file a formal complaint to the Township, you will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Contact details of the complainant
  • Details of what happened, including date, time, location and who was involved
  • What kind of resolution is being sought?
